Hello! My name is Liliya. I am 31 years old. I live in Boston with my husband, son and daughter, MA USA. I am a devoted mother and wife, a shift manager at Starbucks, a designer of competition posing suits and a posing coach. I have dedicated my life to fitness and nutrition. With that, comes more than ten yrs experience in a fitness industry, as well as five years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in Russia
I am certified with National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) and CPR. I believe it's important to be able to help people in their whole lifestyle transformation. I can be helpful in a lot of ways; from exercise to sustainable nutrition and diet. I continue growing professionally and participating in other courses to to be able to offer the best programs to all of my clients.

Liliya is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (&somehow fun).
